Ferrari by Zagato

1919 was the year in which Ferrari began driving racing cars and Zagato founded his couchworks, and from that moment their paths were to cross on several occasion. Every time Zagato got his hands on a Ferrari chassis, even without the official blessing of Maranello, he succeeded in building a beautiful car. Even today these "Ferrari by Zagato" are shrouded in a certain air of mistery - not even the coachworks possessed documentation. This book has bridged the gap.

Ferrari come pilota e Zagato come carrozziere hanno cominciato la loro attività nel 1919 e da quel momento le loro storie si sono intrecciate più volte. Ogni volta che Zagato poté disporre di un telaio Ferrari, anche se non ufficialmente, riuscì a realizzare delle ottime vetture. Su queste "Ferrari by Zagato" fino ad oggi è aleggiata una certa aria di mistero e la carrozzeria stessa non possedeva una precisa documentazione. Grazie a questo libro tale vuoto è stato finalmente colmato.
